Nowadays, the old units are facing problems such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, short overhaul period, poor operation stability, etc. While the small and medium-sized non-heating units are facing dismantlement or rebuilding.

We, together with Beijing Full Three Dimension Energy Technology Co. Ltd, have launched a number of technological methods of steam turbine retrofit, including capacity increase, energy saving, system improvement, heating transformation, etc.

We are able to carry out technical transformation on Russia-made and China-made units. Through the transformation of steam path design, heat consumption of the unit can be reduced by 5-7% and the coal consumption reduced by 15-21g/kWh (the number can be up to 30g/kWh for Russia-made units). We have retrofitted as many as hundreds of units, whose thermal performance has reached the top level around the world.
